While some schools may offer lower tuition, they often lack the instructor support, updated materials, and interactive learning experience needed to truly prepare you for the industry.
In addition to high-quality instruction, we provide post-licensing support to help you transition from student to successful real estate professional. This includes networking opportunities, career guidance, mentorship connections, and exclusive resources to help you navigate your first steps in the industry. Choosing Legacy means investing in your future, not just your license.

Every student has four attempts to take their school exam. Should you fail all four attempts you would have to pay and sit through the pre-licensing course again.
Once the student has scored 75% or higher on our school exam you may give the school office a call so we can provide you with your course completion documents, fingerprint form and register you online for the state exam through PSI. To register the student on to PSI, we will need you to provide us with your full social security number and address that is stated on your driver license . Students will pick a date and location to sit for the state exam.
There are 110 questions on the State exam. It is a multiple choice format.
